For more than 40 years, ELTON Group has been amongst the top distributors of products and raw materials covering almost every industry. Despite complex economic and geopolitical challenges all those years, ELTON managed to safeguard its supply chains, providing unhindered support to its clients in Southeast Europe, Ukraine, and Turkey.
FORESIGHT was called to revamp the communications philosophy of ELTON by establishing the necessary mindset and tools to highlight the reputation, impact and prospects of ELTON in relation to its existing environment (personnel, suppliers, clients, investors) as well as to the broader business community of Greece. We proceeded with a reputation and communications health check to analyze the practices that were being used, followed by the development of a strategy plan to identify and engage with critical stakeholders and a broader support in storytelling matters adapted on each recipient of ELTON’s message.
Furthermore, we have been asked to provide advice on opportunities that could further enhance the reputation and advancement of ELTON on selected key stakeholders (governmental, regulatory, institutional) and targeted audiences, related to ELTON’s set priorities.
Our support included the management of targeted publicity campaigns for print, broadcast, and electronic media, with special features, opinion editorials and interviews.
