The Hellenic Defense Systems (ΕΑΣ) is among the oldest European Industrial Companies with a history of more than 140 years. Considering broader developments in the Defense industry, FORESIGHT was called to, assess current practices and advise upon new opportunities and tools to highlight the history and potential of the Hellenic Defense Systems on a regional and an international level across strategically selected countries.
To that end, we proceeded with a detailed communication health check and a key stakeholder mapping, while developing a tactical plan to identify and engage with new target audiences to explore new collaborations and projects. We further supported EAS leadership in strategic, communications and storytelling matters.
