Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
POSITION SUMMARY
FORESIGHT is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the firm’s executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism, agility, and sound judgment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the core of a fast-paced, mission-driven advisory firm with regional and transatlantic reach. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of the Executive Office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct administrative and strategic support to the CEO and senior leadership, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and responsiveness.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up on action items.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, reports, and executive communications.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and clients, partners, and stakeholders, representing FORESIGHT with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest ethical standards.
- Support the planning and execution of special projects, strategic initiatives, and executive events as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Political Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in executive-level support, ideally within a communications consultancy, or policy-oriented environment.
- Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with acute attention to detail.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken); additional languages are considered an asset.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and the ability to manage confidential matters with sound judgment.
